Day 1: Crafting Connectivity in the Desert
In the vibrant landscape of Scottsdale, our journey began with cable terminations and theinstallation of the Network IT rack. The firewall and router were strategically implemented,bringing the network online and crafting a robust foundation for the days ahead.

Day 2: Mounting Momentum
Day two in Scottsdale saw the seamless continuation of cable terminations and thefinalization of the Network IT rack. Building on this momentum, we shifted focus tomounting wireless devices and strategically placing CCTV cameras, ensuring aheightened level of connectivity for the Arizona retail experience.

Day 3: Arizona Unveiled
The final day in Scottsdale showcased the installation of the POS system, computers,phones, and printers. A unique testing phase unfolded, tailored to the dynamic Arizonamarket, ensuring Rag and Bone's store was poised to thrive in the heart of Scottsdale.

Challenges Faced: Coordinating IT overhaulacross multiple locations for an advanced infrastructure.

Around three to four years ago, ARZZ INTL faced a monumental challenge. They decided to partways with their entire IT team in NYC, leaving a network of stores and a main office in disarray. Nopasswords, no support, and a void after the pandemic-induced layoffs.

That’s where the Boltacity enter.

The task was colossal: rejuvenate each site, update systems, and establish robust network infrastructure. The challenge was not just technical but logistical, as the locations spannedMadison Ave in NYC to Aventura, Florida, and Beverly Hills, California.

Starting with the main office, I revamped critical components, installing a new network IT rack,wireless systems, and upgrading computers. Documentation was meticulous, and the networkdesign ensured seamless communication between all stores.

For efficiency, I suggested engaging local techs for the out-of-state stores. However, ARZZ insistedon my personal touch, covering airfare, hotels, and more—an expression of their satisfaction.

The makeover began with NYC stores, followed by out-of-state locations. IT closets transformed,outdated equipment replaced, and new firewalls and wireless systems installed. The result? Nomore network speed woes.

Fast forward a few weeks, and the entire project was complete. Every location boasted brand-newequipment, ensuring a tech-reliable future.
